Database & Workflow in Office Chat Group/Communication Channels
Cloudoffice on its way to release the beta version of Cloudoffice DW (Digital Workspace) over its Cockpit Engine (A HTTP/2 Gateway) with PWA (Progressive Web App) component designer.
One of the highest sophistication in software is providing customers to design their own databases and workflows.
In this digital transformation trending era every organization in a duel of

And both are expensive. We thought on that hard. And we come up with a most easy but effective way for organizations. Everyone in this current world knows how to use a messenger and make groups and even they know simple workflows like submit post and approve post. Only missing part is designing data sets. So we decided to provide these database and workflow design feature in chat groups. For example, you create a Leave Application Channel/Group, create a form called “Leave Application” with desired fields and put workflows like Apply,Review and Approve and map role to that. So in that messenger group employees can apply for leave and get approvals without any e-mail or paper work. Can you imagine how easy life becomes?
So we jumped in and we decided to stop using Skype and JIRA (issue/task tracking) in our company. And replace both of them with Cloudoffice DW first. And we succeeded to that easily and far better than that, I just can see now in my DW who is doing what and what issue is in what status and discuss instantly on that.
What can be the best support on this agile project management.
Then you can think Office Checkin/Checkout Channel where you can even put geo restriction so one can not checkin without reaching that place. This way Requisition Channel, Leave Application Channel, Bill Approval Channel. Any process you can think in an enterprise, you can design and follow up real time. And this the highest productive tool for any companies mobile workforce.
Over it we added Document sharing and versioning, so you can work on any document with workflow collaboratively. And also document format conversions ( word to pdf ) and online viewer. And plenty of features in pipeline along with document edit online, github, drive integrations.
As this is a PWA (Progressive Web Application) it works as mobile and desktop App too.
