I saw a dream last night — a dream of flow. In this dream, nothing remained the same from one moment to the next; every construct felt real, each structure binding, and there seemed to be no way out. But as the dream unfolded, one form seamlessly gave way to the next, each construct dissolving into something else, as though every iteration was only an illusion. When I awoke, I had a profound sense that reality is much the same — flow is the only constant, and iterations are mere illusions.
We often find ourselves held back by constructs of our own making. We get stuck, attached to the past, or grow bored as if the world has come to a standstill. But if we look deeper, we see that the world never stands still. Just like my dream, life itself is a continuous, boundless flow. Our struggles, then, may stem from our tendency to perceive each stage as fixed, as though each moment were a “checkpoint” rather than part of an unfolding continuum.

Reality is not composed of things but of processes.
